# Choose favorites and arrange your photos

Use Yes, Maybe, and No to keep track of your client’s choices. New photos start in Maybe. These are selection categories, not star ratings.

## Mark a photo

Select one or more photos, then choose Yes, Maybe, or No. You can also press **1 for Yes, 2 for Maybe, or 3 for No**, including on the numeric keypad.

The choice applies to the selected photos, not everything on screen. If the client changes their mind, select the photo and choose another category. Undo can also reverse supported changes.

## Review a group

Use the Yes, Maybe, No, and All tabs to view each group. If a photo disappears after you change its category, look in the new category before assuming it’s gone.

Changing a category doesn’t change an order item. If the client no longer wants a print, edit or remove that item in Order Review.

## Photo counts and print quantities

The number beside a category counts photos. It doesn’t count products or copies.

For example, five Yes photos could become two products, ten prints, or no order yet. Set print quantities in Quick Order and check them in Order Review.

## Find ordered or unordered photos

The funnel filter offers **All**, **Ordered**, and **Not Ordered**. It works within your current category.

For example, choose Yes and Not Ordered to find favorites that haven’t been ordered. Choose All in the funnel to clear that filter; the Yes/Maybe/No/All category still applies.

If you can’t find a photo, check both controls. Adding or removing an order item may also change whether it appears under Ordered or Not Ordered.

## Rearrange the filmstrip

Select a photo or group and drag it to a new position. Hold at the edge to scroll farther through the filmstrip. Check the order within the moved group afterward.

If you moved the wrong photos, use Undo and check the result. Redo reapplies a supported change. Save the session to keep the new sequence, and reopen a copy to check it before an appointment.

## Useful shortcuts

Ctrl+click selects individual photos, Shift+click selects a range, and Ctrl+Shift+click adds a range. Ctrl+A selects all in the active photo area. Ctrl+J brings the current photo into view in the filmstrip; the mouse wheel scrolls it.

Finish typing in notes or other fields before using photo shortcuts. Text fields and menus take keyboard priority.
