Order > Order Review
This is the order review screen that show you all ordered items, order add-ons, apply discounts, and record payments.
Item Thumbnail Listing: The top section will show you the thumbnail of every ordered image, along with the file name. It also provides and itemized list of each item ordered and any notes associated with that image. If you need to modify an item, visit the quick order screen for that specific image. You can remove items by hitting the “remove” icon next to each line item.
Order Add-Ons Listing:The next section displays any order add-ons (like session fees, shipping, and packages). They are listed as line-items. You can remove items by hitting the “remove” icon next to each line item.
Order Add-Ons: You can add new order add-ons using the drop down menu and selecting “Add”. If you’d like to add a custom item, simply hit the “Customize” option in the dropdown. A custom screen will appear for you to configure.
Discounts: Apply discounts to the order. You can select a percentage or dollar amount. Enter the amount and any addition descriptiors (VIP, Sale, etc). Hit the checkbox to apply. Multiple discounts can be applied at once.
Payments: Record payments to the order. This does not process payments. It records them to the sales invoice. Enter the amount (or hit the two quick checkboxes for Order balance / 50% balance). Record the Method of payment and any reference notes (like check #). Hit the checkmark to apply.
Order Summary: A quick reference of the subtotal amount, discounts, payments, and tax applied to the order, as well as the final total due.
