Use the pricing presets to configure your pricing. Set it up once and you’ll have quick access for ordering, products, and add-ons.
Settings > Manage Order Presets
These configures are used in the order screen and the order review screen.
Products #
Add in a list of Products you’ll offer your clients.
By default, this list is pre-loaded with: Print, Metal, Canvas, Acrylic, Digital, Album Page.
Add new options by typing in the product name in the box at the top of the screen and hitting “Add”.
Edit, Delete, and Arrange the Order of listing with the controls on the bottom of the screen.
Sizes #
Add in a list of Sizes you’ll offer your clients.
By default, this list is pre-loaded with: Wallets, 4×5, 4×6, 5×7, 8×10, 10×10, 10×20, 11×14, 12×12, 12×18, 16×20, 16×24, 20×30, 20×40, 24×30, 24×36, 30×40.
Add new options by typing in the size in the box at the top of the screen and hitting “Add”.
Edit, Delete, and Arrange the Order of listing with the controls on the bottom of the screen.
Pricing #
This is a pricing matrix screen where you can set custom pricing for your products based on product type and size. The Products and Sizes are configured in their own tabs inside the Manage Presets window.
By default all prices are set to $0 with [ ] Taxable enabled.
Taxable enables the sales tax on this item (configured in Settings). Uncheck to disable.
Set a Custom Price
- Select a Product Type (print, metal, etc) in the First Panel.
- Select a Size (8×10, 16×20, etc) in the Second Panel
- Set a Price and Taxable Status in the Third Panel
Item Add-Ons #
Item Add-Ons are indvidual enhancements that can be added to a single item that is ordered. This might include things like enhanced retouching, frames, or mounting options.
By default, all presets are set to $0 with [ ] Taxable enabled.
Preloaded Item Add-Ons include: Enhanced Retouching, Mounted Print, Braces Removal, Hand Painted, Frame (Tier 1), Frame (Tier 2), Frame (Tier 3).
To adjust a preset, click on the item and the right panel with update with Name and Pricing details. Adjust as needed and hit “update”.
To add a new Item Add-On, hit the “+” icon at the bottom of the screen to empty the fields on the right panel. Type in the item, price, and if it is taxable. Hit “Add” to add the item.
You can Add, Delete, and Arrange Item Add-Ons using the buttons at the bottom of the screen.
Order Add-Ons #
Order Add-Ons are order level add-ons. This might include things like packages, shipping, or session fees.
By default, all presets are set to $0 with [ ] Taxable enabled.
Preloaded Order Add-Ons include Session Fee, Location Session Fee, Shipping, and Package A, Package B, Package C.
To adjust a preset, click on the item and the right panel with update with Name and Pricing details. Adjust as needed and hit “update”.
To add a new Order Add-On, hit the “+” icon at the bottom of the screen to empty the fields on the right panel. Type in the item, price, and if it is taxable. Hit “Add” to add the item.
You can Add, Delete, and Arrange Order Add-Ons using the buttons at the bottom of the screen.
Presets Menu #
On the very top right of the screen is a “Presets” menu.
Import: Import your previously exported presets. Great for setting up a secondary machine with mirrored presets.
Export: Export your presets, including sizing, pricing, and taxable status. A great option to back-up your settings or to copy them to a second computer.
Reset to Defaults: Resets all Pricing to default settings. Warning, this will delete your custom modifications and pricings.
