Branding & Studio #
This section allows you to personalize IPS Viewer Lite to your studio preferences. These details are used for the display background and on the Printable PDF document.
Restart IPS Viewer Lite for changes to take effect.
Studio Name: This is your studio or business name. It is on the Printable PDF and will be the background of the display window if a logo is not uploaded.
Accent Color: This is a personalized accent color so your interface stays on brand with your studio. A high contrast color is recommended for the best experience.
Studio Logo: A .png file with transparency is recommended for maximum flexiblity (.jpg works too). This is used as the background of the viewer and second screen. It is also printed on the PDF.
[ ] Make Logo White on Viewer Background: The applies a white overlay to your logo so it properly displays over dark viewer background. (Recommended for dark .png files)
[ ] Make Logo Black on PDF Receipt: This applies a black overlay to your logo soit displays properly over a white background on the PDF receipt. (Recommended for light .png files)
Phone, Email, Website: Studio contact information used on the PDF.
Custom Text: An additional line of text used on the PDF. Commonly this would be your mailing address or social media links.
Sales Tax(%): This is the sales tax amount added during the order review screen. Set to 0% if you don’t want sales tax applied to any of the presets.
Slideshow: #
Seconds Per Slide: How long an image is on screen during the slideshow
Crossfade (sec): Length of time for the transition between two images
[ ] Loop Slideshow: Check to loop slideshow. Otherwise it will play once and end with the Studio Logo or Studio Name
Music File or Folder: You can select either an individual song or a folder of songs to play during the slideshow. Most music formats are supported. The user is responsible for music acquisition and licensing rights.
Studio Terms and Conditions #
Add studio terms and conditions to the bottom of the PDF document. A boiler plate template is include for inspiration. Be sure to update it with your studio terms, conditions, and policies.
If you wish for this to be blank, leave this field blank.
[ ] Include Model Release on PDF: This checkbox will include an optional model release to the bottom of the studio terms and conditions. A sample template is included for inspiration. If checked, the model release will be incldued. If unchecked, the model release will not be included.
[ ] Add Signature: This adds an optional line for a signature to the bottom of the studio terms and conditions (and model release) . It has a space for the client’s signature and the date.
Performance #
[ ] Use Extra Memory for Faster Large Sessions: This checkbox enables extra ram allotment for large sessions. Recommended if you have 8GB+ or Ram and sessions with 800+ images.
